Overview

The Senior ERP Analyst applies their technical knowledge, experience, and leadership skills to provide IDT with a highly functional and highly reliable ERP environment that meets the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Provides architectural leadership in establishing technical capabilities in the ERP environment.
  • Provides ERP technical leadership and mentoring to the IDT Applications team.
  • Participates in developing the technical strategy for the ERP environment.
  • Leads in the design and development of ERP technical solutions.
  • Collaborates with the ERP GBS team and the AMS team to build robust and scalable solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  • Collaborates with the ERP GBS team and the AMS team to quickly resolve issues in the ERP environment and determine permanent corrective action with the goal of minimizing business impact.
  • Maintains interfaces between ERP components to uphold KPIs related to system throughput.
  • Provides technical leadership in the adoption/creation of applications that deliver an improved ERP user experience.
  • Leads efforts focused on performance improvements to the ERP environment.
  • Provides technical leadership and is a key contributor to ERP system upgrade projects.
  • Delivers technical recommendations; taking into account the technical level of the audience.
  • Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of ERP technologies.
  • Communicates highly complex, technical information to non-technical personnel to ensure the successful identification of root cause and corrective action.
  • Defines, documents and monitors the change control process for changes to the ERP technical environment.
  • Relies on knowledge and professional discretion to achieve goals.
  • Provides day-to-day work direction to others, as needed.
  • Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field of study required.
  • Advanced degree is preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years working experience ABAP and IDoc processing required.
  • Experience leading the development of technical solutions required.
  • Current hands-on experience with ABAP, IDocs, PI required.
  • Experience with CDS views and data aging in HANA required.
  • Experience with performance tuning and parallel processing required.
  • Experience in the activation and customization of Fiori apps required.
  • Minimum of two years in a post go-live environment; including experience working with an offshore team required.
  • Experience working with the business gathering requirements and implementing solutions required.
  • ABAP experience across multiple functional areas preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Interactive Forms preferred.
  • Experience with BO Analysis for Office preferred.
  • Experience working with data load tools like LSMW, GUI-Scripting, Winshuttle preferred.
  • Integration experience with 3rd party or in-house built applications preferred

  • Reaching: extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.

  • Standing: maintaining an upright position.
  • Walking: moving about on foot to accomplish tasks.
  • Lifting: raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position.
  • Bending: bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist and/or bending leg; bending legs at knee to come to rest or kneel.
  • Pushing/Pulling: using upper extremities to press against something with steady force in order to thrust forward, downward or outward/using upper extremities to exert force in order to drag, haul or tug objects in a sustained motion.
  • Climbing: stairs, stools, ramps, ladders.

Visual Acuity:

  • Work requires close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to read pertinent printed material and distinguish colors.
  • Ability to prepare and read written documentation; use of computer.
