Overview

The Order Coordinator provides an additional in-process verification step for customer orders pre and post manufacturing. 

Responsibilities

  • Verifies accuracy of all orders routed through Order Verification and Release (OVR) prior to synthesis; visually inspects and reviews products prior to shipment to ensure it meets customer specifications.
  • Verifies GMP orders by confirming information from multiple sources, ensuring 100% compliance via an oligo master record with final signoff upon order verification.
  • Troubleshoots any order issues identified during pre and post synthesis review that may prevent processing or shipment.
  • Fields and answers general order questions from other IDT personnel.
  • Monitors reports to make sure that oligos are processed in a timely manner.
  • Records Internal Process Review (IPR) entries for issues identified during pre and post manufacturing verifications.
  • Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate’s degree or one year of IDT experience in a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills that include Microsoft Office applications and proficiency in typing required.
